Boat Maintenance, Diagnostic and Repair Services
Engine Break-In
All new engines require service after their initial break in period to change the fluids that have become contaminated with metal shavings, and to check all tolerances.
100 Hour Service
Every 100 hours (or once a year) your boat’s engine needs to have its oil and filter changed, anodes checked or replaced, spark plugs checked/replaced, fuel filters replaced, lower unit oil changed, and mounting bolts tightened to factory specifications.
300 Hour Service
Every 300 hours, we will perform the same service as the 100 hour service. We will also remove your lower unit and replace the water pump.
Replace Water Pump
Water pump replacement service includes removing the lower unit, inspecting drive shaft and water pump housing, and replacing the impeller and gaskets.
Engine Analysis
Compression and leak down tests to determine the health of the engine, fuel pressure test, a computer diagnostic and a written report of any faults found with the boat’s engine.
Diagnosis and Repair
New part installation, engine diagnosis, electrical troubleshooting, and other boat repairs are performed on a time and materials basis.
